Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a digital return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided, ensuring all security tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label included in your original parcel to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Handover and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the return status until your refund is processed.
